Meet the instructor

Wendi Michelle 

Since 2005, I’ve been privileged to coach thousands of people and design dozens of clinical health programs for successful, sustainable wellness. With experience in strength and conditioning, Holistic Nutrition, neurochemistry, genetics, epigenetics, cultural health, and ancient medicine, I am able to create wholeness propositions as an alternative to bulk bin health options.   

My belief is that health has been intentionally complicated by industries to prevent people from being able to achieve optimal energy and life. We are complex beings but our health does not need to be. 

My mission continues to be an unraveling of the complicated and fragmented systems and a reintroduction to natures original design. I teach others how simple wellness can be and help them reclaim what rightfully belongs to them; health, wholeness and freedom.
